Refund Policy

1. Arcana Credit Packs

• Used credits: Credits that have been consumed (spent on sessions) are non-refundable.
• Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely as long as your account remains active.

2. Exceptions

• Refunds may be granted outside of these windows in cases of documented technical failure that prevented access to the Service — for example, a billing error or a service outage lasting more than 24 hours.
• Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you stronger rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at arkanaflow-org@protonmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of purchase
• A brief reason for the request

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, approved refunds are processed manually and sent back to the originating wallet within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
